If the furniture is damaged or has a manufacturing defect on delivery, Furniture51 guarantees requisite repairs/maintenance at the earliest. If the delivered product is not repairable, Furniture51 has a 100% replacement gurantee on your receiving damaged products.

Your request for a repair or refund will be processed as soon as we receive the photographs of the damage to ascertain extent.

Please make all claims within 48 hours of product delivery. We would be unable to entertain any claims after a period of 48 hours.

All returned products should be returned in the original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, manuals, warranty card and corresponding invoices.

        Please ensure that the product is unused.
